Each year approximately half of the youth membership who drop out of scouts are those
boys who are in the WEBELOS to Boy Scout transition.
These statistics are alarming to me as a Webelos leader, and Assistant District
Commissioner, and they should be a concern to you as an adult leader.
I appreciate your taking the time to answer this questionnaire and I hope that you will
